67. Ellen Maria KEIGER was born in 1820 in Virginia. Her daughter lists Ellen's place of birth as Virginia in the 1900 census asking mother's place of birth. Keiger is the name in our records - but her gravestone says Kicer! Children were:

	ii.	Charles Jenkes PERKINS was born in 1852.
	iii.	Mary Ellen PERKINS was born in 1842 in Ohio. She died on Oct 1, 1903 in Rochester, NY. I believe she used both of her names as a first name. She was a member of the music faculty at Oswego Normal School until her marriage. She told my father (Samuel Perkins Hayes) that she had said she would never marry a widower or a bald man, and the man she married was both! (from Betsy Wanton Hayes Fredell).
